Automated storage for large quantities
Miniload Multi Store is most commonly used for storing large quantities of cartons and totes, in a fully automated storage retrieval system. This system has the capability to integrate with most system integrators. stow Australia’s Miniload solution is used with AS/RS handling devices equipped with side grips, pulling-out cartons and totes from the front and rear.
Our design allows the totes to be stored in a single or double deep setting. This depends on the technique of picking and required system throughput.
The manufacturing and construction of our MiniLoad solution is based on our pallet racking system. The front, back and side beams as well as the depth panels are perforated and created on our fully automated production lines. This ensures the highest quality is ensured in every product. All components of the MiniLoad system are fully adaptable and can be designed to meet specific installation requirements.
